This makes Stinging Nettle ideal both topically and internally to help relieve eczema, acne and other inflamed skin conditions. Nettles contain large amounts of trace minerals and Vitamin C which makes them great for boosting the immune system as wells an effective tonic for to relieving seasonal allergy symptoms and hay fever. They're also a powerful herb for women's health when consumed regularly.
Dandelion is high in vitamins K and A and is another great source for anti oxidants.
