At the center of you is your heart. February is the month dedicated to love, but often focusing on love sent out, but how about some love sent in?  Turn inwards to the beat of your own heart this month and beyond—to find or remind you of what moves you forward—dancing to the beat of your own drum.

This month's journey was a foray onto a new path—creating the first of a new series—alchemical oil blends. My friend and collaborator, Lyric Kali of The Queen's Aromatics suggested that I start with a blend for the heart. I lit up and immediately asked her to make the "red line" and I would make the "blue line" of the two energies frequencing our hearts. Working together allowed me to get out of my head (formulas, measurements, etc) and into my heart. The result?

Pranic Heart

Introducing pranic heart, an essential oil alchemical blend designed specifically for connection to your heart.  An incredible blend that works to physically strengthen the heart and circulation while nourishing and supporting heart energies. A combination of a marvelous array of oils including Black Spruce, Juniper, Litsea Cubeba, and Ylang Ylang, pranic heart lightens and uplifts—you'll definitely want this for your personal collection.

Stop and listen to the fullness of your heart for 3 minutes for the next 11, 40, or 90 days with the pranic heart meditation. Join me in this subtle yet powerful meditation designed to engage you with the beat of your own heart to become heart full.

Heart Full

Our heartbeat tells us so much about ourselves. Is it calm, rapid, irregular, jumping, or even?  Listening to the beat is more than an auditory practice. Listening to our heart is about engaging our heart where it is and loving it.  Our heart beats not only in our chest, but throughout our body we have pulse points. Pulses are mini-support hearts, ensuring that our lifeblood and oxygen gets to where it needs to go. With eight main pulse points in the human body including the wrists, sides of the lower jaw, at the temples, on the side of the neck, on the inner bicep, behind the knees, in the groin, and on the upper part of the foot our bodies are literally Heart Full.
