Essential Toner
Foundational support for resilient skin.

Exfoliant - Lavender & Sencha
A combination of ground Sencha (green tea), lavender flowers and rice bran work to gently remove dead skin cells while French green clay deep cleanses and purifies. Leaves skin refreshed and vibrant. Can be used up to 3x a week. Leave it on after exfoliating to promote extra detoxification.

Turmeric Anti - Oxidant Serum
Provides superior anti oxidant protection for the skin during the transitional seasons. Anti Oxidants protect the skin from damaging free radical attack. Spring is often a turbulent season with lots of pollen and debris in the air. Turmeric Anti Oxidant Serum helps protect and support the skin during the seasonal change.

Beauty Balm -
It's really never not the season for Beauty Balm. But I do love it in the spring here in New Mexico. It's usually extra windy and dry and a layer of Beauty Balm over your favorite moisturizer and serum helps prevent moisture loss and acts as a barrier between your skin and the Juniper pollen and dust.

Spring Soup with Asparagus

Upma KaurComment

This is one of my all time favorite spring soups. It's light, quick & easy to make. I haven't put in any measurements - I just wing the amounts based on how many servings I want to make.

Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli Noodles
  • Broth (veggie)
  • Asparagus (fresh, cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • Peas (fresh or frozen - English Green)
  • Water Chestnuts
  • Thyme & Marjoram

Bring broth to a boil. Add noodles. When noodles are almost cooked add asparagus, peas, water chestnuts & herbs. Continue to cook until veggies are a beautiful vibrant green. Serve immediately.

Asparagus For Regeneration

This early spring vegetable is great for your in and outsides. It's extra delicious now, during spring, it's natural season. Asparagus is loaded with vitamin K a nutrient that supports bone health and cellular regeneration. It's also high in vitamin A a super anti oxidant that can help protect the skin from sun damage. Asparagus also contains Thiamine an essential B vitamin that helps to support proper brain and liver function (a healthy liver is essential for clear, vibrant skin). And it's also a good source potassium an electrolyte that supports water  balance in your body.

Body Butter : Raw Shea and Cocoa butters are the foundation for this fabulous formulation. It smells delicious and feels, well like whipped butter. Raw Shea butter is renowned for it's healing properties for irritated skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis and other rashes.  Cocoa butter, aside from smelling oh so good, opens the heart center, calms heat in the skin and is traditionally used for healing scars and stretch marks.
